Senior boy needs to come home. He cannot walk, but is able to stand. Has to be lifted and carried.

Relevant Info: Tillman is an extremely sweet, affectionate senior who was found in the road after being hit by a car. He has been in a shelter patiently waiting for his owner to claim him, but sadly they have not. He has slight neurological damage from being hit, but he is well aware of his surroundings and LOVES people. He will have to be lifted in and out of vehicles. He loves to be carried and as soon as he is picked up he wags his tail madly. He IS able to stand to go potty.
