ASAP Transport: Bakersfield, CA 2 Vegas Needed 4 blind puppy

There is a 4 month old Australian Shepard mix puppy that is partially blind in the Bakersfield, CA shelter that is scheduled to be PTS tomorrow. We need transport from Bakersfield, CA to Las Vegas to get him to a rescue. CAN ANYONE HELP??? We have gas money to help!!! Please let us know ASAP!!! Thank you!
