Toy Poodle Needs Rescue
There is a 7 yr old toy poodle named Peaches located at the Phila SPCA at 350 E. Erie that desperately needs rescue. Her back legs are paralyzed. She was a cruelty case so I can only imagine what happened to her to make her this way. She is very sweet but needs a special foster home. Please repost to all rescues.
