Subject: Deaf Persian Mix CAt--Orangeburg, SC
Hi:
I am the program manager at the Orangeburg SPCA. We have a long-haired Persian female mix around 2 years old that is completely deaf. Unfortunately in Orangeburg, people are paying $95.00 for an adoption and they want a perfect animal--under 3 and no health problems.
This young lady doesn't get along with other cats, so she is forced to spend her days in a double cage.She has been here for 6 months and I just feel so sorry for her.
She is UTD on vaccinations but hasn't been spayed. Is there any way anyone can rescue her? I would be more than happy to help with the transportation.
