Here is Topsey dog. He is under a year, loving and super sweet. He is an active little guy who is 9.2 pounds and is healthy expect for not being able to move his back legs. He was dumped at a high kill shelter and is now being boarded at our vets while he gets his neuter and we can get him a chair and a loving home.
