this is matteo; i found a version of his posting that is easier and needs less editing:

CONTACT IS rking1539@charter.net

his injury, again, is from a car accident.

http://bit.ly/matteoface -- he's really black, rather than blue-gray, with the white accents.

EMAIL AND QUESTIONAIRE FILLED OUT BY OWNER BELOW ABOUT MATTEO:

Thanks you so, so much for your email. Attached are pictures of our
beautiful loveable Matteo. Also I answered your questions. He is loving,
sweet but a bit shy. He never scratches or bites. He is very good with
expressing.

Please help us.
Many thanks,
Jody

He gets along with other cats as we have two others.

He was hit by a car and can not urinate on his own.
His tail is amputated and he is fine when you express him.
He is very good, loving and affectionate.

Hi MC and Christine,
Is this kitty in a rescue in NYC or is it in a home?
I was going to email the contact and see if I could give them some suggestions but my email is not working. Maybe they would be interested in joining the forum and we could help keep this guy in his home ?? /Jean
PS: He really should be expressed more than 2x a day. Urine should not be left in a bladder for 12 hours.
I agree 9 is not old I have 3 kitties who are 17 years old.

I emailed the contact a couple of weeks ago and just got this answer:
Hi, Thank you so much for your e-mail. I’ve been away and left another contact in my absence. Upon returning, I was told that Matteo has been placed at Angels Gate by the owner and hopefully, this will work out. (I am an individual who was trying to help place the kitty and am so thankful that so many cared). My best, Sue King
