Manx cat with incontinent issues needs home

I have a very sweet three year old cat we that is a manx and has always been on medication for her bowels. She poops in her litter box with the occasional poop that falls out in the house. She developed urinary incontinence about 2 years ago and we have taken her to the vet several times, spent a lot of money and they determined the dribbling/urinating is due to lack of control due to nerve damage.
We are looking for someone that has an area of her home that she can live in, have good social interaction with humans or another cat, she is just the sweetest girl and gets along with everyone. We hate to give her up, the shelter we adopted her from is strapped financially and is unwilling to take her back. I am hoping desperately to find a home for this sweet and loving girl. We have a small house with no rooms that she can be in, the vet said diapers are not an option due to bladder infections, and she does not do well being separated by herself in an enclosed space. She is just miserable without interaction.
If you know of anyone who might be able to help, please contact me asap! Thank you so much for reading
