H/L-no m/a, clear and eup
GI-negative oral SNP
GU-FI, nsf
MSI-BCS 3/5, amb x 4 with ataxia, good haircoat
Neuro-BAR, normal cranial nerves, cerebellar ataxia with intension tremors, tends to fall to side when handled

A-cerebellar hypoplasia

P-ok to move out of medical
prognosis good since patient is eating well
