Meet Brody (SC)
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Brody, a male Labrador Retriever/Bloodhound mix, was estimated to be a year old when rescued from a South Carolina shelter in January 2021, severely emaciated and with a painful skin infection. He was likely born with a neurological condition which has left him with rear-end muscle weakness. He has some incontinence, which requires wearing a belly band, and he needs a ranch-style home with no stairs, or very few. But he doesn't let his mild disability hold him back! He is a super-friendly, loving, playful and fearless pup with an amazing happy spirit. He loves people, dogs and even cats and is very affectionate and gentle. Brody is now being pampered and loved in his foster home, but he is sooooo ready for his forever family! If you are Brody's special person, please apply online to adopt Brody at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.

RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue. All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption

Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
