Meet Calhoun
Calhoun is a fiery bright soul. He was hit by a car Feb 2021 and picked up by animal control who planned to PTS - since this day he has had a handful of procedures, rear right leg amputation. Through everything he has continued to be full of life, love and energy. He is transitioning to wheel chair use currently to help strengthen his left rear leg, I don’t foresee him needing the wheel chair his whole life - he can get along without it and sometimes prefers to do so. He LOVES telling stories and getting neck massages. There isn’t a single thing that can rain on the Calhoun Parade - he is the definition of love and fun.
