Meet Lucy Lou
Lucy Lou is the sweetest most energetic puppy you will ever meet. She has a severe case of Ataxia and Cerebellar Hypoplasia. I have attached an article so you can read a little bit about it. It doesn't dampen her spirit in the least! She is going to make someone an amazing dog, but right now she needs 24-hour a day care.
