Meet Arley
Arley is a beautiful young kitty who is deaf. It is estimated that 65-85% of white cats with two blue eyes are deaf. She doesn't let her condition slow her down. Arley's perfect home would include an adopter who can take time to get acquainted with her and be patient while she adjusts to her new surroundings. It is critical that her home be safe for a deaf cat and that she is never let outdoors since she would not be able to hear vehicles or predators.
