Meet 5732 Pepper
Rescued from a cruelty case, sweet Pepper is a bundle of joy. She loves people, especially anyone who willl rub her belly.
Pepper's legs are all deformed. The vet says she was born that way and is not in pain, so no corrective surgery is recommended. Pepper can walk, use the bathroom outside, and generally get anywhere she wants to go. She just walks awkwardly and stops for breaks. She needs an adopter who will see the sweet dog and accept her imperfections.
She is being cared for in a dedicated foster home with cats and other dogs.
