Meet Bootstrap Bill
Bootstrap Bill is a 9 week old kitten. He has cerebellar hypoplasia so he will have a wobbly life. He gets around fairly well, though he sometimes will topple over or run into things. He tries his best to play with the other kittens. He is neutered and current on vaccinations and preventatives.
