Meet Scooter
Scooter is a special cat-he has a condition called Cerebral Hypoplasia, which means he's a little wobbly. He's a normal kitten otherwise, and with a few modifications can live a normal happy life. He can eat and use the litter box on his own, and would do best in a home without small children or dogs, but in a home with another cat friend to keep him active. He's currently in a foster home with his foster brother Elvis (who does not have CH) and they've love to find a home together.
