Meet Starr
Starr came in with her mom and siblings when she was a tiny newborn. In foster care it was discovered that she has Cerebellar Hypoplasia which means her brain isn't telling her legs to walk properly and she wobbles around. This sweet girl tries as hard as she can to get close and get all the attention. Starr is 7 weeks old with lots of personality and love to give. As she ages it most likely won't get better but she might learn to control it better. An indoor home without stairs or dogs is a must.
