Meet Marvel
Meet our newest super hero Marvel! This adorable little guy is one year old but has already fought through more hardship than dogs that have lived much more life! Marvel was originally saved by a wonderful rescue called The Real Bark, he was paralyzed and self-harming his back legs. After helping him with treatment and therapy our mutual vet suggested we help him on the next journey, which involved a double back leg amputation. We are honored to have been able to help Marvel recover from his surgery and to now help him find his furever home! This little guy is a dream! He is crate trained, good with dogs of all sizes, good with cats and loves everyone he meets. Marvel does use a wheelchair for long walks but also does fine around the house without it. Because his amputation is caused by paralysis he is incontinent but his fosters said it's easy to clean up after him. Marvel is a quiet dog who only barks when the other dogs bark in the home. He loves cuddles and will grunt until you give him the pets he wants. While Marvel does get along with everyone we would suggest a home with no small children due to his disability. He will also require a single story home or home with minimal steps. He does go for regular walks, but doesn't require a lot of exercise. Think you might be the perfect match for this sweet boy?
