Meet Annie
Annie is a 2-year-old terrier mix weighing about 15 lbs. She is sweet, curious and playful. She loves other dogs, cats, and kids. She is a special needs girl - she has deformed front legs. Her right rear leg is also deformed, but it does not stop her from getting around!

She is shy at first, but after a while she warms right up. She loves to play and will tell you so. She is mostly housebroken (we are still learning her tells) and will potty outside if she is brought out. She is a bit of a power chewer, so good strong chew toys are a must!

Right now, we pick her up to take her outside because we have a pea gravel area that blocks the backyard. Once she gets past the pea gravel, she runs around in the soft grass, sniffing, munching, pawing and playing. She chases the other dogs in the yard, and the more time she spends with them the more we see her try to use all of her legs.

She has recently started sitting like a kangaroo to try to climb up in my lap, imitating the other dogs in our house. She has a strong and resilient spirit and would make a great addition to any loving home. A physical fenced yard is required with her adoption.

Annie is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. She is heartworm negative and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.00. If you have questions about Annie not covered in this bio, please email projecthoperescue@gmail.com. To apply to adopt, visit our website at www.projecthoperescue.org.
