Meet Norman Rockwell
Norman was born around January 23, 2019 and weighs about 6 pounds. Noman and 3 other dogs came to JR after being released from a WNY puppy mill. Norman is in a foster home with other dogs and cats and is doing well with everyone. Norman is relatively well-adjusted considering he spent the majority of his life caged and forced to produce puppies for greedy humans. Norman likes to be with his favorite human and follows her around the house and sleeps on her pillow at night. Norman is learning how to use potty pads in his foster home and is doing very well. Norman's foster mom says he is a very smart boy and catches on to routines and house rules very quickly. Norman rides well in the car and walks fine on a leash. Norman had a bath and trim in his foster home and did wonderfully for both. This sweet boy is going to make someone very happy! There is just one more thing - on the way back from the vet after his neuter surgery there was a terrible accident and Norman's right front leg had to be amputated. He is healing beautifully and doing wonderfully getting around and he handled it all much better than the humans around him.
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $600.00

Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.

Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES

We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
