Meet Neo
Neo arrived at Outrun with his brother Ren as a special medical needs puppy.

He was born with a portion of his leg missing and no tail. He has received medical care, including X-rays, which has shown that there is no additional spinal concerns. At the moment we are fund raising for a prosthetic limb for Neo to live his best life.

Neo is living in a loving foster home enjoying all the things puppies love to do.
