Gosh, he's not grooming. I've seen that with an outdoor senior cat that wasn't getting enough water. It takes a lot of saliva to groom. She caught up on her grooming when given a steady supply of water. He's in Arizona, I wonder if they brought him in off the street where he wasn't getting water. Or maybe it's mouth issues? Or arthritis? Could it be he's not letting them brush him? They don't say much about him.
