Meet our sweet survivor, Rexy!

Rexy is a 16 month old domestic medium hair cat that likely has radial hypoplasia - better known as a squitten or twisty cat. Due to his genetic condition, he must be kept indoors, preferably with access to rugs / carpeted areas.

Rexy weighs ~10 lbs and is incredibly affectionate. He loves getting pets and being in close quarters with his people. He makes little biscuits with his elbows and wags his butt as he crawls to you. He loves to be close to his humans and enjoys playing with toys.

He is pee pad trained and his foster has cut together a “litter box” that currently works for him. He likely can transition over to some type of soft / non-gritty litter; however, there will likely be an adjustment period.

Like most cats, he does get some anxiety in the car. He has not been introduced to other cats or dogs yet.
