Meet Rocket
Rocky is a sweet, playful boy who loves fetch and cuddles. He had a rough start in life due to his birth defect that left his hind legs paralyzed. Despite his difficulties, he definitely knows how to enjoy life to the fullest! He doesn’t know he is any different than his foster brothers and makes friends with everyone he meets.
He loves kids, cats and dogs and never meets a stranger. His hobbies include running outside in his wheelchair and playing inside in his scooter. His care usually consists of snapping him into his mobility devices and letting him go. He wears belly bands inside since his bladder control is slightly limited due to the paralysis. Luckily, aside from this he is house trained and tells you when he needs to go potty. His temperament is very calm for a puppy, though he will experience the zoomies on occasion and burn some rubber in the yard!

Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.
Rocket is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.
