Meet Kate
Kate is a 4-month old kitten with Cerebellum Hypoplasia (CH). She is on the moderate side. But it is important to note that CH kittens always get better as they grow and become stronger.

Kate loves to be held, carried, snuggled - pretty much anything close to her person. She is VERY vocal and ridiculously sweet. She loves to play but gets a litter nervous with other cats. She can eat, use the litterbox, and get around on her own although she occasionally falls when she gets too excited. She also falls into her wet food so does need supervision.

Kate would do best on a single-level home with no stairs, or stairs that can be gated off until she is confident on them. She would love a laid-back cat buddy who takes her hints and gives her a break when she needs it. She can also be adopted with her mild CH brother, Kevin.

Adopters do NOT have to be experienced with CH but willing to learn and make certain accommodations to their homes for her. The rescue will always be there for any questions or concerns you have about Kate as she grows and continues to navigate the world.
