Meet Lt. Dan *SPECIAL NEEDS
-Lt. Dan (named after the famous Forrest Gump movie) is one special cat. Dan was forced to live outside with his brother Forrest, which wouldn't have been so bad except they were both special needs. Surprisingly they survived even though they were at risk since they both have back leg issues which made them very vulnerable. Even though his back legs are crossed/deformed nothing stops this guy from getting around. He has adapted to getting around and can still turn his one back foot around to help him walk. He does walk with a limb, but nothing stops him. He is just as determined as his character in the movie. Dan was born with this condition due to over breeding of his mother. He also has a brother named Forrest who has some back leg issues, but Forrest has found his forever home and now it's Dans turn. Dan does receive a month injection of Solensia which is for arthritic animals. It has done wonders for him, and he will need to continue with this. Typically, it runs around $50-80 a month for the injection. He has already had a dental. This boy will just melt your heart. He is also good with calm dogs and other cats. He is negative for FelV /FIV, microchipped, and neutered. If you are interested in meeting or talking further with Lt. Dan foster Karen please call 404-579-6398.
