Meet chili
Chili is the least spicy pepper you might ever meet.

Chili is currently in a foster home where she is caring for her kittens Bluey and Bingo and will be ready for adoption once her kittens are weaned. According to her foster she is a super sweet girl who loves to greet you at the door and ask for pets. She has proved to be great with the foster's two toddlers and likes to sit on her foster dad's lap while he works from home. She has even come around to getting picked up and given behind the ear and chin / chest scratches.

Chili will do best in a home where she has plenty of attention as she is quite the affectionate cat. She is still considered a kitten at under a year so it's to be expected that she will have a lot of energy. She would be a great addition to any family.

Chili does have a deformed front paw and was brought in for an amputation consult as it was believed at the time to be an injury from living as a stray. However, it was determined that an amputation was not needed as it was simply a birth deformity and is not painful to her at all. Chili's foster confirms that her paw has not been issue at all. She is able to jump and do most if not all other things a "normal" cat would be able to do. Her ability to adjust is incredible and in certain cases is the cause of a laugh or two when she goes to the scratching post.

Fitchburg Friends of Felines facilitates a foster to adopt program that places the intended adoptee with the potential adoptive family. This ensures that your feline companion is the perfect fit as well as provides support as you both transition into your new life together.
