Medical Bill Help and Wheelchair needed

Hi, My 4year old Shih Tzu is having intermittent paralysis, I have spent all of my savings and maxed out my pet care card. He is my medical assist dog, trained to alert when my heart rate changes when I sleep. He is unable to walk at this time, the doctors do not know why. He is able to stand for about 5 mins. out of every 12 hours, we have him on anti inflammatory meds now. He is my best little friend. He needs to see a neurologist, and he needs a wheelchair. If anyone can help me and him, I would be very grateful. Even if you have plans on how to make a wheelchair that would be helpful. I am in Ludlow, MA
