Help!! dog hit by car don't want to put him down

My dog got hit by a car and he's just laying here he won't move.he won't eat or drink Idk what to do I don't have the $ to pay a vet, I gave him meloxicam & now he sleeping any advice from anyone who has more to offer then taking him in the back yard & putting him down would be helpful & greatly appreciated

Many vet clinics accept something called Care Credit. It is a loan for emergency veterinary care, you pay it off by the month. A lot of vet clinics will have the application at their reception desk, you fill it out and they let you know right away if it is accepted. Or you can apply online at http://www.carecredit.com.

I'm guessing this is a big dog? Can you tell his injuries?
