My dog was hit by a car I don't know what to do please help

my dog was hit by a car he lives with his back leg up it looked like he was doing better he was limping around and now he just simply cannot get up he just lays on the floor he eats drinks water yeah he cries when nobody's around and I don't think he's pooped in 3 days please help me my kids are petrified they think the vet is going to put him down and so do I and I can't do that this dog is family please help me I don't have enough money to go to the vet where just can somebody give me any advice please

He REALLY needs to go to a vet. Since he won't get up, he may have a spinal cord injury. If you call around, you might be able to find a lower cost vet or other kinds of help. Care Credit is a credit card for medical needs that might help.
