Blind and deaf pets can live happy, healthy, quality lives. In fact, sometimes it's hard to tell them from sighted pets. They do, though, have their own special needs.

A few days ago, Danny moved his head down, confused and indecisive. Today, on the contrary, running through the halls and chase toys with an energy that surprised. Protagonist of an emotional story, the puppy four months regained vision after successful cataract surgery. But first, Danny had been rescued from the streets of Austin, Texas, by Brett Franco and his wife. "It hitting the walls permanently".

The Austin Humane Society organization covered all expenses and the puppy, minutes after the operation, he was ready to play.

"You can tell they are seeing for the first time," said Lynsey Wagner, the doctor who operated on Danny.

The story spread quickly and by donations from around the country, the Austin Humane Society can repeat what he did with Danny and give them a second chance to more dogs convalescent.
