LETHAL WHITE PUPPY IN NORTH DAKOTA

I was unaware of the lethal white gene and my blue merle border collie farm dog got bred to a neighboring red merle australian shepard and had 7 puppies. 1 was a blue merle male that was still born and half the size of the others. I read that males with the double-merle gene can have skull deformations and thinking back his head did look like it was developed funny but I thought that was just from not having enough room or something but now realize it could be because of the merling in the parents. So we have 3 blue merles...1 male and 2 females...they appear OK. One female has 2 dewclaws on her back feet. We also got 2 black and white puppies from the litter. Then there is one female that I believe is a lethal white...She is almost all white with some merling on her back, tail, and patches around her eyes going up to her ears. My family think she is blind and deaf but we dont know for sure. I think she isnt blind but could be deaf...they want to put her to sleep but I have heard of many instances where these pups find great homes and I dont want to have to put her down...So I am trying to get started on finding her a home or some sort of rescue. I've never done this before so I dont really know how to get started and was wondering if anyone could help me out or give me some information? Also....could the other puppies have the double merle genes? We plan on having the mom fixed ASAP! The puppies are 4 weeks old today.

I believe her dog may itself be a double merle.
