Memories of Pedro

Post by Paul Coover »

Michelle and I have had dachshunds in our home for over 8 years now. We have had the best times with our gang of weinerdogs, each and every one.

The loss of Pedro has hit us very hard. He is the first dog we have lost in all these years, and it is still painfull to think about or talk about.

I have created slideshows to help get the word out about rescue and handicapped pets.

My latest slideshow features every photograph that I took of our late great Pedro with a wonderful musical background. I believe it to be a perfect reflection of just how special he really was. Pedro was with us for exactly 2 months, long enough for me to take 86 photos of Pedro.

WARNING: You WILL cry if you watch the slideshow. I hope you enjoy it.

Awww, Paul, your link does not work. I even tried copying and pasting it and it does not. Please post it again. I know that was hard for you to do and I am sure it will be beautiful.

What a wonderful tribute! Beautiful slide show. Watched Johanna's first before I saw Pedro's link underneath. Loading Pedro now. This is just beautiful.

Paul, What an absoulute handsome boy Pedro is! You can see the look in his eyes how totally happy he was to live with you, Michelle, baby James & all of his fur brothers & sisters! You may have only had him for 2 months, but they were the BEST 2 months of his whole life!
