AllicksBlindPup

Post by Christine »

Sad news from one of our family...

Allicks was loved and she went the way we wish for all of our beloved pets, but for her mom and those of us who knew of her...she has left too soon.

AllicksBlindPup died today of old age. This is so uncommon, I don't know that I have ever read of another who didn't die of some other reason. LWs for some reason don't live very long. No quantitative data, but anecdotal, 6 - 7 years and some live longer. Allicks was 10 years, 5 months, 1 day old. She inspired me, she taught me, she adored me.
I will miss her forever. She was my brilliant, adoring, athletic superstar. Andy, take care of her til I get there, okay?
Love you, Allicks.

I'm sorry to hear it- nice to have one reach old age, though!

Such sweet pictures. She was very fortunate to be so loved and to have such a long and full life.
