I'm not sure I've heard of a "stroller wagon" before, but they have several on Amazon. I think this one is the Evenflo Pivot, which holds 55 lbs. It's over $300 but it would be perfect for dogs that are too big for a regular stroller.

I've never heard of such a thing either, but it's an interesting idea.
