I think i figured out a way to keep bbean's foot from draggi

Post by BendyMom »

i was wrapping his foot, since he gets friction sores from it dragging, and it just came to me. his leg is in a fixed "sitting" position, so teh knee is always up. then the foot is limp at the hock adn drags. So i made a figure -8 sling basically, around his knee and then around his foot. this test model is made out of guaze, I'm sure it will need soem adjustments but once I get it to wehre it works I can make some out of chamois cloth. It will save his foot from being dragged and developing sores. He was in an extra snuggly good mood tonite so didn't mind my playing with different ways to wrap up his feet and legs.

I took picts, just have to get them off teh camera and onto the computer, which for some reason i always seem to put off.
the good news is he has been zooming around and it has stayed put. hooray! the guaze is fraying and picking up every piece of lint, but then its guaze.

thinking i can do this in miniature for Black Cherry Whisniak, who has a similar problem although she does have some strength in that foot and a little more movement in the leg.

I left it last week. Fingers and toes crossed for the job for you. I know exactly how you feel. Just know that Bendy is right there helping you with Butterbean and all the other furs in the Bendy House.
