Interesting. Personally, I prefer pee pads, especially the disposable ones, for that.

I wonder what kind of bathmats they're using. It might be an interesting idea for a disabled cat that needs low entry, if you used the kind with a rubber backing that would stay flat.

They would. I like to use pee pads of the bed-sized sort for Baby Boy. He has NO concept of litter box but has a triple dose of dig-and-cover, so he can't ball up the big ones as easily.
