MY dog has a big tumor. I live in Ohio. Where can I go for help with financial aid for surgery.

Welcome! You need to look at the sticky titled "financial aid" at the top of this bb. Some of the resources are breed or species specific, while others aren't. There are quite a few, though. If you post more about the tumor in "Other Problems" or "Amputation," depending on its location, someone might be able to offer you help or info.
