This is about a 8 month old terrier mix named Rain.
After being hit by a truck she was left with a broken spine, leaving her two rear legs paralyzed. We sought medical help and she is doing much better now but after paying a large vet bill we were left with no options on how to get her a wheelchair and we are now asking for help from other pet lovers out there. She also drags her two pack paws which is scraping the skin off and making them bleed, we have used socks, wraps, everything we can but all they do is slip off. Any help would be appreciated.

How big is she? At her age, you may well be better off making a cart.
