I get hundreds of e-mails requesting help every day, but this one especially touched my heart. You can see how badly this dog wants to walk and to be loved!
It's so great someone has offered to donate help with his therapy but he has a long road ahead and possible surgery, plus mounting bills for his rescuer. If anyone can help them in any way, here is her contact info:
