TAKE A BOW (wow) MADAME CONTRIBUTOR!
You are THE BEST!

Why it seems like only yesterday, on the old board, I saw the name critters and thought what a great moniker! I have grown to know and love you like a sister, and you are ALWAYS there with a smile, a laugh, an IDEA, encouragement or maybe just quiet understanding and support (I will think of geranium in her cranium for as long as I live and I thank you for that).

I owe you a huge debt of gratitude and we all do. You are QUEEN of the posters and the QUEEN of our HEARTS!

If you post 10,000 messages on most messages boards, it means you did a lot of chatting and socializing, but not here. 10,000 messages mean you have contributed a lot of valuable advice and support based on personal experience and medical knowledge in all kinds of difficult pet care situations to people in need. Your unique combination of background and insight keep the level up here in a way few people can appreciate, thank goodness for critters! I get such a kick out that wicked sense of humor   Karen mentioned and I admire your amazing memory! Congratulations on an impressive milestone. :D

P.S. Mark made that award avatar, how cool is that!? :D

P.P.S. I see your post that you hadn't noticed...that's JUST like you!!! :hysterical:

I can't add much to what has already been said, but I deeply admire and respect your contribution to this board and those who come for help and support. For a woman of few words...your posts are always straight to the point with good information, sometimes a real laugh and sincere concern... 10,000 posts is a lot of information!!! Even though I am older than you....when I grow up, I want to be just like you!

 Christine, be careful what you wish for  to borrow what critters REALLY wanted to say!

She is so self-efacing and never wants a spotlight shone upon her. So critters, I am enjoying this probably more than you are! HATS OFF to critters!

I'll never grow up and except for the contribution, helping, heart-warming, supportive, loving, informative part, I am a very lot like you :) IOW, I am your evil twin :mybad: and your good!

I know you are twisting because of this, but I also know you feel so good about being recognized for what you give to the most important cause in your being. You set the bar pretty high, sistah, and I am not even halfway to where you are. And not 1,000 of my posts contains a fraction of any one of yours. TAKE A BOW Madame and know we love you! tee hee... I know the spotlight is a hot one for you.

How are you anyway? How's the weather up yonder? You say you like snow, but I like popcorn. Just not as a steady and only diet :) :) :)

critters, I cannot get over this! Can you tell? :)

Yep...Karen is enjoying this waaaay to much :hysterical: She knows you a lot better than I do, and I would say she hit it right on the head. I can see you standing there, kicking the dirt with your toe, thinking "Hmmm, hadn't noticed that...that's nice....now let's get on with it, but guess what? :bounce: Bump :bounce: Bump :bounce: Bump

Congrats Critters - I like Connie can attribute some of Harley's new found life to that fateful day I found HP.com and your wonderful advise and encouragement. And now, I'm in the post ten thousand mark, with his latest exploits; by the way his tail is beginning to heal (again).
Thank you for your dedication. :D
