Serious storm in NC, Bendy House is fine

Wanted to let everyone know that Bendy is OK.
no damage here at, in fact teh storm wasn't much of anything.

East of here, however, has MAJOR damage. several large tornados, including one in downtown Raleigh.

the resuce mom is with (Marleys Cat Tales) is based in RALEIGH. Mom IM'd with the head person, who was online thanks to the laptop battery. they are without power, trees everywhere. It will be a few days probalby before mom can get out there because of the roads (and they will not want people driving there) but mom said she would take more cats here if that would help. She will do whatever she can.

Whoa!!!! Glad your house is OK. Never saw so much damage. I'll bet there are a lot of frightened pets out on the streets now with no home and no food. One of those pictures looked like it could have been a mobile home park, I couldn't tell for sure, it was just rubble. Watch your tires if you're out driving around, there will be nails, and also later when the roofers tear shingles off the roofs and haul them away.

Glad you are okaye and sounds like Joanne is too. That was a scary storm..everyone stayed up waiting to see what it would do.
