Thanks you so much, each of you, for your willingness to participate in our focus group.
Making the website fun, informative, easy to use, and secure seems like an impossible job sometimes. I am hoping that this group will be able to give us the perspective we need to see the problems we need to solve.
I expect the group will grow over time.

We've just made some improvements to the wheelchair ordering system that I'll be asking you to try out in a week. Is it better to post things here, or use email?
