How do you get a pic to show up under your name?

Hello
I was just wondering how you get a picture to show up under your name and how do you get those cool little pics to show up in your posts? Didn't know where else to post this so I guess I'm the first patron of the cafe(lol)

The little pics under your name are called avatars. I thought Barbara had written up how to work them, but I can't find it...

You do it just like posting a regular picture. I go to http://tinypic.com/ and host an image. Then copy and paste in IMG format inside of the signature area.
