*putting the beans we roasted last night into the coffee grinder* (beans' flavor peaks 12 hours after roasting)

*putting the grounds in a filter and setting it on top of the coffee up and pouring the water through.*

that is the way mom starts every morning.
today's coffee is Indian Mysore.
It has fast become her new favorite.

had some Indian Mysore again this morning, just roasted a batch of Yirgacheffee, a less heavy bodied coffee but still very very good.
did a medium-dark roast, we're not reall full-city roast drinkers here.

hello and good morning,
my mom doesn't do coffee. she has to have her diet dr. pepper to get her started. but hey i don't care, cause i get a treat when she gets her soda. only problem is, i know it won't be long till she leaves me for the day. gosh I HATE THAT WORK THING!! all the whining and howls don't work, do you other pets have same trouble?

I drink tea at home since I don't have a coffee pot, etc. Had tea a little while ago, in fact!

Mom drinks tea sometimes.
if she is headachy she drinkns chammomile tea
she likes darjeeling and Irish Breakfast teas too
mostly,tho, she drinks coffee.
she isn't picky about tea the way she is about coffee, just about any grade of tea is fine by her.

sometimes she makes her own biscotti to go with the coffee.

this morning she had the Yirgacheffee she roasted yesterday. tasty tasty tasty!!!
