Guess she'll want to take it a little easy and pace her activities. I had a professor who only had one lung, he managed but you could tell when the weather was muggy. Best to you and Poohbear. :)

Hi all.

Poohbear has been in respiratory distress all morning. While she had been panting up until last night, she is no longer doing so. Her breths are short and shallow now and refuses any food. I have made arrangements to euthanize her this afternoon.

Poohbear has been set free and is now gone to the rainbow bridge. She has now been healed and is preparing to do work there for the creator who called her home. Pooh will forever be in my heart, leaving the earth just a month before her 10th birthday. As we have promised that she would live til 15, I told her I recognize her as 15 when she crossed over - in love.

Thank you all for your kindness, thoughts and prayers.

My heart breaks for you both. Respiratory distress is the hardest thing to watch. I pray she had a good passing and I pray you are holding on. My very deepest sympathies. Tears today.
