Tillman is home and his name is Angel

Eyes shiney with either glaucoma or cateracts. Irrelevant since he got here, but he can ALWAYS catch a piece of popcorn on the fly which has always amazed me. His vision, which doc was amazed at because she could NOT see the back of his eyeball, is stunning when it comes to potato chips or white choc cookie.

His journey ends tomorrow and I am stunned by how much this hurts. I KNEW when he got here he was dying. But his recoveries were so incredible, I thought he had a good many years ahead of him, delighting in a FAMILY.

AngelTillman is the POSTER child for saving that lost cause, for reaching out to a senior, for TRYING to make the remaining time of an abused/abandoned pup the most worthwhile thing you have ever done in your life.


Angel Tillman will forever be the hallmark of saves. HE DESERVED MORE. He got what he as able to handle, and I would give anything to give him more.
