newbie - not sure where to post

Post by Ceasars_Mom »

I am brand new to this. My vet suggested that I research my needs at this website. Looking for a forum where I could borrow a wheelchair for my doxie. I am out of work and he needs one desparetely. Would appreciate help in this area :?

ceasars mom, welcome. I suggest searching in the bar above, as well as in the financial aid forum.

ALSO, may I introduce Karen Wilkins of www.MaranathaFarm.org fame. She builds wheelchairs for your vet to fit for you.

She does it for free for the donee, and takes donations locally to fund this FREEDOM WHEELS PROJECT. There may be a waiting period, as she is filling orders from all over. She just finished building wheels and a GOOD SAMARATIN FLEW the wheels to Atlanta for the new family. You can see the touching story at

Please email Karen at info@maranathafarm.org

She typically only asks for financial aid from the recipient in the shipping end of things.

:slant: You should post down on the neuro bb. How long has it been since the incident? It might be too soon for a cart. You can also make them yourself pretty easily.
