They should probably come here and see the incontinence bb, in particular. They'll want to express, and maybe diaper. SCAT dealt with a kitten who had at least one purse-string done for prolapse, but I can't remember if the baby was neuro too. My neuros have never prolapsed, and my prolapsers have never been neuros.

It's probably good that they're getting to a neuro; I'd want to know if the baby's spine was stable or not.
