Butt protection

Post by pattyd7 »

Prissy had spinal surgery 6 months ago. She is still disabled. However, now she is starting to get sores on her bottom. Also on her legs. At times she has reflexive leaks. Anyway, I'm worried. I've tried doggie pants, diapers, made them out of baby clothes .. you name it. I don't know what to do. I'm trying to keep her from getting the sores. I'm trying to keep her from getting urine on her skin? It's sloughing off her skin making sores , or something is.

How much can she move her rear end? does she just drag or does she use her legs at all?
