Hi all
Our mia had a grand mal seizure about 2 weeks ago. Mia is about 7yo. The seizure was severe and they had trouble stopping it. She went to specialist care and they after mri and bloods believe she has idiopathic epilepsy.
She has been home about a week now and from being able to shaky lift her head she is kind of walking . Her fore paws are pretty strong though so.etimes she crosses them . Her hind kegs work sonetimes and not others
She walks on a harness quite well but when we are working off harness she is kind if falling to one side not always rhe same side sometimes she runs well between ab and i and other rines its a bit sad.
I rotate her legs and stretch them 4 times a day and massage her backbone.
The vet said its her brain needing to re connect
Has any one else been through this?
What did you do?
How long did it take ?
I am lookingcfor anything that may help
